The first reason you may be experiencing sudden reboots of your Amped range extender is a faulty power supply. That can happen if the wall socket you're using is damaged or if there are power outages in your area.
Keep an eye on the power socket where you've plugged your Amped wireless device. It should provide enough power for the Amped device. However, if the insufficient power supply is caused by power outages, you should use a UPS.
Move the extender
In order to function properly, your extender must be placed in an ideal location. However, we believe your extender is not properly positioned. Is this true? Is it in a WiFi interference area? Are the WiFi signals being disrupted? If so, you've discovered yet another reason for the wireless extender's constant reboots.

Consider changing the location of your device to avoid WiFi signal interference and unexpected extender reboots. It should not be placed near Bluetooth speakers, metal studs, aluminum doors, televisions, refrigerators, mirrors, aquariums, treadmills, cellular phones, tracking devices, or similar devices. These are the things and surfaces on top of the extender that tend to block its signals. Consider placing the range extender in a central location if at all possible. It will allow the extender to broadcast WiFi signals in all directions.
